Do you offer payment plans for this program?
Full payment up front means you're more likely to stick with your investment and I want you to feel great and be healthy! That's why I ask for the entire investment before we meet so that I can help you stay on track and remain accountable!
Will my health insurance cover this cost?
I do have a certification number that I add to all invoices. However, I know that some insurance companies may not accept Holistic Nutrition under benefits programs, while others, like Manulife, do acknowledge my services. I can provide you with a letter to give to your insurance company requesting your health program coverage - just ask!
Your health program is also likely covered under any company health spending accounts too.
What if I haven't met my health goals in 4-6 months?
We can always continue to work together! If you are still interested in continuing on your health journey, I do offer sessions beyond the initial package - I will never leave you hanging! We can discuss this option further once your program is complete.
What if I finish the program but still have questions later on? Can I contact you?
Yes! Of course - I offer you lifetime email support to help you stay motivated and on track. If I feel that your questions would benefit most from a formal session, I will suggest this and ask you to make an appointment. But, I am always here to answer questions as you progress.
How drastically will my life and eating habits change if I do this program?
To be honest, your health concerns are most likely due to poor eating habits and choices from your past, so you should expect to be asked to try new foods and to change how you approach meal planning. However, we will only progress as fast as you're comfortable.
Will I be spending a lot of money on groceries and supplements with this program?
No, I like to share with you some easy wins to help you improve your eating habits. You can find almost all of the foods I suggest at your regular grocery stores and I have some resources to help you find reasonably priced, high-quality supplements too!
